Cause of

The pull-up resistor for the Cond CTS (PIN 5 on 25-pol. Connector) is not due to + 12V to + 5V but. Thus, sending X-OFF / X-ON is non-connected at
CTS -Ltg. suspended because the level does not min. 3V reached.

Solution

Set a Bridge from PIN 20 to PIN 5 in the cable or connector PM.
