Partner accounts

Approve access requests, assign roles, reset passwords and enable or disable partner logins. Approval generates a first password and e-mails it to the partner; they must change it at first sign-in.

Fault reports & tickets

Incoming fault reports from partners. Update the status and add notes — partners see the status and your notes on their own tickets.

RMA / Returns management

Return requests from partners (warranty, DOA, spare parts). Each case carries the delivery note and invoice number for assignment. Update the status and add notes — partners see them on their own returns.

Knowledge base

Searchable answers from the operator manuals and field-service instructions — including service-level content for technicians.

Manage downloads

Publish drivers and documents for partners. Use “Replace” to upload a newer file — the old one is removed automatically. Edit the description so partners know what each download contains.
